Frequently Asked Questions

Q- How soon should I book my event rentals?

A- The sooner the better to confirm your reservations. June through September is wedding season in Montana!  Wedding's are typically booked a few months in advance. Smaller events have more flexibility but are encouraged to book early.

Q- How do I book my rentals?

A- Reservations are confirmed after your deposit has been received. If you have not paid your deposit, you do not have an active reservation.

Q- Do you offer delivery?

A- Yes! We only offer delivery services. This ensures our rentals are kept in pristine condition.

Q- Do you charge for delivery?

A- It depends. We offer complimentary delivery for a 20 mile radius around Lewistown. Outside of 20 miles, there is a small fee. 

Q- When are final counts due?

A- Final counts are due 15 days prior to the start of your event.

Q- How does payment work?

A- To hold your reservation we require a 50% deposit of your rental items. Final payment (remaining 50%) is due 15 days prior to your delivery date. 

Q- Do you offer setup?

A- Our current pricing model does not reflect setup and breakdown services. The option may be available, if coordinated during the reservation process. 

Q-  What is the process after my event?

A- Lewistown Luxe will return at the agreed upon time to pick up rental items. Rental items should be returned in the same condition they were received- clean and stacked on provided carts. Rental items should be left in a secured and covered area prior to pick up.
